Our Solution

  • Provided 1:1 coaching with a pool of 80 sessions for various leaders, identified by our sponsor over the year.
  • Customized coaching programs for each leader, ranging from 4to 8 sessions, based on their specific goals and needs.
  • Included additional sessions between the leader, coach, and manager to share progress, give feedback, and ensure alignment.
  • Flexible Structure allowed leaders to develop at the right time throughout the year.
